Shirley Allen an author? Does the phrase “only in America” come to mind? Let’s just hope the “as told to” collaborator – you know, the person who actually writes the book – does a good job of correcting her grammar and rephrasing such incriminating quotations as “I only ADMIT to shooting the dog.” Judging from her interview, she’s going to need a lot of professional help.
Then Allen should make just enough money from the project to pay her “siege” expenses and return to obscurity.
Come on, the story’s not that interesting.
