Welcome in new MDLite upgraded site, upgrade procedure now is finished you need to login, go in administration, modules, generates and activate all modules.
Maybe sometimes you need to deactivate, delete modules then generates, activate these modules, sometimes too maybe you must remove and readd blocks.
If you use your own theme remember to copy themes/Cnl-Lite/funcs.php file and copy it in your theme, you can delete theme.php file, remember also to change all old user links.
