Does anyone note the consistency?

I noted with interest the article about the traffic controller who guided a small plane to a safe landing which appeared on the City Page December 31. Too bad there can't be one such story a day juxtaposed with Police Beat [the crime report]. Readers could read one followed by the other, decide that they cancel each other out, shrug, and go on with their day.
