A new video depicts President Bush granting a reporter’s request to define a sovereign nation.
Funnier and more frightening than his mangled reply is Bush’s body language as he struggles to formulate a coherent explanation. If the reporter feels he didn’t receive a satisfactory response he might be relieved that Bush refrained from admonishing him, “How dare you ask me a question I don’t know the answer to.”
